Terms and conditions
These are the terms for our websites, hosting and changes. The most important: fixed price, no lock-in, and you own your website.
Who do the terms apply to?
The terms apply to agreements between Pixnative, Købstedvej 2, 9850 Hirtshals, CVR 00000000, and business customers. In case of conflict, a written agreement or an accepted quote takes precedence over these terms.
What do you get?
We move your existing website to a new, hand-coded website and then take care of hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups and security updates. What is included in each package is shown on our pricing page.
Prices
All prices are fixed and exclude VAT. Setup costs DKK 2,500 as a one-off fee. The monthly price depends on the package and starts at DKK 199. Extra changes beyond those included in your package cost DKK 550 per hour or part of an hour. Price changes are announced in writing at least [3 months] in advance.
Payment
Setup is invoiced [when the agreement is made]. The monthly price is invoiced [monthly in advance]. Payment terms are [8 days]. For late payment we may charge interest under the Danish Interest Act and a reminder fee.
Changes and approval
You email us your changes, and we put them live. You always approve before anything goes live. Each package includes a fixed number of changes per month. Unused changes [are not carried over] to the next month.
Hosting and outages
We monitor and maintain your website. If it goes down, we fix the problem as quickly as possible within normal working hours. With the Business package, outages are fixed the same day. We take a backup every day.
Cancellation – no lock-in
You can cancel the agreement with notice to the end of the month. Cancellation must be in writing, for example by email. The setup fee is not refunded once the work has been done.
Who owns the website?
You do. When the agreement ends, we hand over the code for the website and help transfer the domain to you or your new provider. Domains are registered [in your name].
Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for having the right to use the texts, images and logos you send us, and for the content complying with applicable law.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or profit. Our total liability is limited to [the amount you have paid in the last 12 months]. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Governing law and disputes
The agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the District Court in Hjørring (Retten i Hjørring) if we cannot find a solution together.
