Questions and answers
Can you change the opening hours when we are on holiday?
Yes. Send us the new hours, and we update them. The change counts towards the changes included in your package.
Can customers book an appointment via the website?
Customers can write via the contact form or call directly from the website. If you already use a booking system, we can link to it.
How much does a new website from Pixnative cost?
From DKK 199 a month excl. VAT plus a one-off fee of DKK 2,500 for the move. All prices are shown openly on the website.
What happens if I want to stop?
There is no lock-in. You can cancel with notice to the end of the month, and you take both the code and your domain with you.
