Privacy policy
Here you can read what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. In short: we collect as little as possible and never sell your data.
Who is the data controller?
Pixnative, Købstedvej 2, 9850 Hirtshals, CVR 00000000. You can contact us at [email protected] or 00 00 00 00.
What data do we collect?
When you request a free review, we receive the address of your website, your name, your phone number and your email address. If you have chosen a package, we also learn which one. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you give us.
What do we use the data for?
We only use it to reply to your enquiry, review your website and give you a quote. The legal basis is that you have asked us to (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Where do we store the data, and for how long?
Enquiries from the form are not stored on the website’s server. They are sent as email via Microsoft 365 and kept in our mailbox. We delete them when they are no longer needed – no later than [12 months] after our last contact, unless you become a customer. If you become a customer, we keep the data for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and then for as long as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.
Who do we share the data with?
We never sell or pass on your data to others. We use these data processors, who may only process the data on our instructions:
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365) for email.
- [Hosting provider and country] for running the website.
Does the website use cookies?
We use no cookies for statistics or marketing. The website only sets necessary cookies:
- pn_lang remembers your language choice (Danish or English) for 12 months. It is only set if you switch language or close the language bar.
- A session cookie when you fill in the form, which protects against misuse. It is deleted when you close your browser.
Necessary cookies do not require consent, because the website cannot work as you expect without them.
Do you measure how the website is used?
Yes, with Matomo, which runs on our own server. Matomo is set up without cookies and with anonymised IP addresses, so we can see how many people visit the site, but not who you are. The data is not shared with anyone.
Log files and security
The server records technical information such as IP address, time and which page was shown. We use this to protect the site against spam and attacks, for example by limiting the number of form submissions from the same IP address. Log files are deleted after [30 days].
What are your rights?
You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, have it restricted and receive your data (data portability). Write to [email protected], and we will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest.
Where can you complain?
If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, www.datatilsynet.dk. We would like you to contact us first, though.
Changes
We update this policy if we change how we process data. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
